Dear Tara,

Being overseas is difficult to find presents which are personal and heartfelt...when I saw that Flavours of Byron Bay created personalised hampers I thought what a great idea for my parents over Christmas time! My parents adore sweet treats and chilli so I asked Tara to put together a personalised hamper which met both those needs...the result, they were absolutely thrilled and had much fun going through all of the goodies! My mum said the cookies didn't last overnight and she has been using the chilli jam every day!! Fabulous! Thanks Tara for your care and professionalism over the silly season. My wonderful Cath had organized it as a surprise for my birthday and when it arrived, so beautifully packaged, I was like an excited kid in a candy shop. All the macadamia products, the Northern rivers Beers, white wine, cookies, oils and olives and the truly beautifully woven basket made a gorgeous hamper - much oohed and aahhed over by all the visitors who came that day.

Hi Tara,

Loved the basket full of goodies. Bruce especially loved the chilli products & the coffee (said it was the best he'd tasted). I used the Macadamia Butter in making my satay sauces and salad dressing which gave the flavour an interestingly lovely taste. Loved the basket too.
